Use of each knife:
6-inch ceramic Chef's Knife: An all-purpose knife, the ultimate cutting tool for everyday slicing of fruits, vegetables, boneless meats and fish.
5-inch ceramic Slicing Knife: Has a sharp edge that effortlessly glides through waxy skins found on tomatoes or any food with a tough skin and soft middle.
4-inch ceramic Utility Knife: Suitable for slicing, peeling vegetable ,fruit and so on .

Reminder:
Intended for cutting fruits, vegetables and boneless meats, not intended for pry, flexing, violent chopping or boning.
